Prof. Dr. Veer Singh is Professor Emeritus, Department of Laws,Panjab University,Chandigarh. He has a journey of more than 40 years of research, teaching and administration.

In his very illustrious career, he had been the Vice-Chancellor, NALSAR, Hyderabad. He served as the Director, Academics at Chandigarh Judicial Academy.Prior to that he was the Dean, Faculty of Law, Panjab University Chandigarh and also Dean, University Instruction, Panjab University Chandigarh. He had been the Director General of AIL, Mohali.

He is also visiting faculty to several reputed institutions. Prof. Dr. Veer Singh has authored numerous articles for national and International journals of repute. His area of expertise is Jurisprudence & Legal theory and Law of Evidence.

Prof. Dr. Paramjit S. Jaswalis presently working as the Vice-Chancellor of SRM University, Haryana. He is former Vice-Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab at Patiala from 2011-2020. He also had been the Vice-Chancellor, Hidayatullah, National Law University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.Prior to that he was the Chairman, Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh and Former Director, University Institute of Legal Studies, (UILS) P.U. Chandigarh. He is recipient of Nehru-Centenary British Fellowship Award for the year 1991-92 for doing post-doctoral research in the Department of Law, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, London (U.K.).Also did an intensive training in International Centre for University Human Rights Teaching and completedinternship at the UN Centre for Human Rights (Geneva).

He was awarded with Career-Award-1994 for Young Talented Teachers by the UGC and Bharat Jyoti Award in 2006.

Prof. Jaswalhas authored and edited more than 40 books, numerous articles for national and International journals of repute.He is also visiting faculty to several reputed institutions in India. His area of expertise is Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights and Environmental Law.
