Sports is the greatest physical poetry. Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships. The AIL Sports committee is a team that functions with the vision to enhance interest in the field of sports and to inculcate qualities such as sportsmanship, team spirit, unity and bonding. Through the help of sports, the committee to bring people together and build a vibrant sporting culture at AIL, Mohali. This committee is designed to serve the interest of the student’s community in competitive sports and other recreational activities i.e., both indoor and outdoor. Sports impact a student’s life immensely by boosting one’s self- confidence, develop skills, team spirit and a sense of responsibility and hard work.

Aims and Objectives:

• To create zeal amongst students and faculty member towards sports.
• To organize training, and education in sports for everyday so that they can learn to keep themselves physically fit.
• This committee shall promote sports activities by motivating students and members of faculty.
• Promoting team spirit by making healthy competition.
